We hope you are having a wonderful summer! We are looking for your feedback (parents and athletes) on your athletic experience.
In the future, this survey will be sent out after each season. For this first year, we ask you to fill out one survey for each season that you played in the 2023-2024 School Year. The questions should be answered season/sport specific and will help us to continue to grow each season. (If answering for Fall, please respond N/A for Winter and Spring and vice versa).
