The Spencer-Van Etten Senior High Student Council recently organized a heartwarming Senior Citizens Brunch & Bingo event, generously sponsored by Inspire. This special event brought together members of the local community for a memorable afternoon of delicious food, engaging bingo games, and heartfelt conversations.
Held at the Senior High School, the event not only provided an opportunity for senior citizens to enjoy a meal and participate in friendly bingo competition, but also fostered intergenerational connections between students and community members. The Student Council worked diligently to ensure the event ran smoothly, with a focus on making the attendees feel welcomed and valued.
Superintendent Barbara Case expressed her appreciation for the event, saying, “It is inspiring to witness our students taking the lead in bringing the community together.
