If they involve nudity or even partial nudity they are illegal and classified as child pornography – a felony offense in all states. The intent of the parties does not matter, nor does whether permission was granted. The pics have a tendency to get in the hands of the wrong people. Think about your reputation.

Any student that would like to sign up to retake a Regents exam in June, please sign up in the Main Office by March 1st.
Jacob Van Etten went 2 and 0 last night at the wrestling match pinning both opponents from Newark Valley and Marathon increasing his dual meet record to 9 and 1.
The Varsity Girls Basketball team beat Moravia last night 52-39 for their last game of the season.
The JV Girls Basketball team will be playing in the IAC Small School Championship Tuesday at Moravia at 5:30. It is a long trip, but we would love to have some fans in the stands. Be there!

Attention all students: Kurtis, our strength and conditioning coach will be coming in a few days a week from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. so that you can workout in the weight room. If you have free periods to work out during this time, please sign up by Wednesday in the Main Office. We plan to start this the week after break! Student athletes are strongly encouraged to participate but any student is welcome to work out!

7th and 8th grade General Music students need to bring their computers to class today.
5th grade band will be a study hall in the cafeteria today. Please bring work to do or a book to read.
All Gertrude Hawk orders are due. Please hand them in to Mrs. Voorhees, Mrs. Jackson's substitute, or to the Main Office.
Be sure to take your instruments home tonight to practice over break!

Today in PE we will be snowshoeing! Please dress appropriately.
Yesterday the modified Eagles wrestling team went to Whitney Point to face WP, Newark Valley, Marathon and a surprise Lansing team. The wrestlers all left it on the mat with heads held high in every match. Going undefeated were Shane Neal, Zach Hammond, Jacob Vanetten and Kaleb Smith. Next week we start the road to the IAC’s in Newark Valley
